Yes, you’ll need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. Please fill in the registration form with some basic information to get started.

The information you provide upon registration will only be used to establish you as a user on the platform and to create your login credentials. It will not be used for any other purposes..

Yes, this event is completely free to attend. We encourage you to login and have a look around at your convenience.

The event will be on demand indefinitely, however we may make updates and changes to the platform periodically. Make sure to keep checking back in to see our newest features in action!

The event starts at 10.30am on Wednesday 2nd April. Join by clicking ‘Login’ at the top of this page. Once logged in, you will be taken to the external view of the virtual event. Click anywhere to enter.

Once logged in, you will be taken to the exterior view of the virtual event. Click anywhere to enter the virtual lobby. From here you can visit the Auditorium to add webinars to your schedule, or the Exhibit Hall to find the virtual booths. There will be a webinar and booth for each of the Bright Horizons services available – you can book a chat with one of our benefit experts, as well as download useful resources.

Visit the Auditorium to watch webinars about the Bright Horizons services available to you. You can select the sessions you’d like to add to your schedule, and there is also a selection of on-demand webinars. Visit the Exhibit Hall to browse the virtual booths, chat to benefit experts, and download useful resources.

To watch webinars, visit the virtual Auditorium and click on the main screen to view the full webinar listing. You can add sessions to your schedule and there is also a selection of on-demand webinars. Pop-up reminders will appear just before a webinar starts. If you miss a session, it will be available on-demand for 30 days post-event.

Visit the Exhibit Hall and navigate to one of the relevant virtual booths based on your query. Once at the booth, you can book a chat slot with one of our benefit experts. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each scheduled webinar.

Yes – please do explore the fair at your own pace. You can access the webinars through the Auditorium by clicking on the screen to add sessions to your schedule. Even if you miss a timed session, you’ll be able to watch it on-demand for up to 30 days after the event. If you have specific questions, remember to book a chat via a relevant booth in the Exhibit Hall.

Yes – this session is open to everyone but has been specifically set up to help managers and leaders support their employees to make the most out of their Bright Horizons benefits.
